This new webpage sports a more vibrant and appealing look with changes to the user interface (UI) while still embodying all current functionalities. Furthermore, matamko has added new features and modified some old features so that member and non-member will find it much easier to browse, look for information, make a purchase, and get support. If you have any bugs/technical issues regarding En Masse or FileXpress, please use our Tickets System under Subscription Zone > Tickets > Submit Tickets.

We will like you to have an open ticket one at a time. You can raise any issues with one ticket so we can cater to your problems faster and easier.

We will like to encourage subscribers to use our Tickets System to raise your issues/concerns instead of our Community Forum so that we can serve you better.

We will like to emphasize that our Community Forum is strictly for discussion, feedbacks, features request and pre-sales questions.

Dear members,

We have just added a new Ticketing Support System for our subscribers to raise any bug or technical issues that they have and the team will cater to your problems from here.

So how do you use this ticketing system?

Basicially, users will see three sections under the Subscription Zone > Tickets

  • Dashboard
    From here, you can see the different categories of our knowledgebase articles, overview of the tickets that you had submitted and a search bar where you can search for knowledgebase articles that may address your problems. We will encourage you to search or run through our knowleadgebase first before submitting a ticket to us. (Right now, the knowledgebase articles are being sorted out and we will be publishing the knowledgebase next week.)
  • Submit Tickets
    You can submit a ticket to us by filling up the ticket form and writing the issues that you've encountered under "Message".
    Choose the correct category: Bug - Errors/Flaws/Mistakes in the system; Technical Issues - No errors in the system but other issues arising from the compatibility of source code and more.
    You can submit more than one ticket to us but it will be best if you can address all the issues in just one ticket.
  • My Tickets
    You can view all your tickets that you have submitted and track the status of the tickets. It can be "Open (Latest reply from you), On-Hold (Latest reply from Technican) and Closed (Issue Settled)". We will encourage you  to have only one open/on-hold ticket at anytime and if there is anymore it will be carried back to the same/previous ticket.

 



We would also like to introduce our Services to you. You can view these services under Services > Guide and you can Request a Quotation from us if you are interested.
